RISE

Welcome to RISE - the perfect package to kickstart your pregnancy journey! Get ready to dive into prenatal education and take charge of your birth and postpartum experience. Don't let any fears hold you back - let's tackle them together! Whether you want to connect virtually or in person, as your mentor and coach, I will guide you every step of the way so you can go into your birth feeling confident, informed, and empowered! 3 x 60-minute personalized prenatal coaching sessions (virtual or in-person) covering the following topics:

Package 2

THE HERO

Introducing The Hero Package - your ultimate partner for full continuity of care during your pregnancy and postpartum journey. As a hero, you deserve nothing less than exceptional support and guidance, and that's exactly what the Hero Package provides.

What’s included:

1 x 60-minute meet and greet (virtual or in person)

3 x 60-minute prenatal coaching sessions: these will help you create a birth plan that's uniquely tailored to your needs and desires, giving you the confidence and knowledge you need to feel like a true hero on the big day. I'll work with you to provide education that suits your level of understanding and support that meets your emotional and physical needs.

1 x 60-minute postpartum planning to prepare for the aftermath, learn about breastfeeding if you choose to breastfeed, and caring for your baby.

Physical and emotional support for you and your partner during labor and birth: you can count on me to be there as your trusted sidekick and on-call from 37 weeks onwards!

3 x 2 hour postpartum visits after your little one arrives where we can debrief your birth and I'll provide nourishing food and gifts

But being a hero isn't just about the big moments - it's about the everyday challenges too. That's why The Hero Package includes text and phone call support from the moment we meet until 6 weeks postpartum to help you navigate any obstacle that comes your way.

Package 3

REVIVE

Welcome, champion, to the REVIVE Package - your ultimate postpartum partner designed to help you recover and reign supreme after giving birth.

During each postpartum visit, you'll be treated like the champion you are, with a delicious and nourishing meal fit for a queen. But that's not all - I'll also provide you with additional snacks to keep you fueled up and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

As a champion, you deserve nothing less than the best, and that's why I'll be there to help with initial breastfeeding or bottle feeding support, as well as provide newborn care basics and tips to help you feel confident and empowered as a new mom. I'll even take care of your little one while you rest, shower, or take a well-deserved break.

And if you need help with light housework, consider it done! The REVIVE Package is all about taking care of the little things, so that you can focus on what really matters - being the champion that you are.

With the REVIVE Package, you'll feel fully supported and ready to take on the world. You'll have the energy and confidence you need to be the champion of your postpartum journey. So why wait?

Package 4

BEYOND

The hero has returned and settled into a new life with a baby, but everything has changed! This package is for moms who are struggling with juggling priorities, connecting with their partner, coming to terms with their new identity, going back to work, and more!

I also provide advice on baby sleep and nutrition!

3 x 60-minute sessions virtual or in person to support you as you settle in your new world

Total: $200 - a small price to pay to help the hero cope with this new reality!

A little extra

Additional prenatal sessions

If you need to dive a little deeper into childbirth education or need more relaxation sessions, you can add a prenatal visit for $50/hour.

Additional postpartum visits for a maximum of 12 hours

I am happy to give you some extra pampering if you need or some help with bubba for $50/hour.

Additional session with your partner

If you think your partner needs more tips, tools or just need a little pep talk before or after the birth, book a virtual chat for $50/hour.

Birth debrief
